Shipping

Processing time usually takes around a week, and shipping is via Royal Mail first class. 

Returns

For any personalised and printed goods, we do not accept any returns. For all other orders, we have a 14 day return policy.

Can I have different Menu's for each guest?

Yes absolutely! Just email over the guests names next to their menu choices to hello@rubyandophelia.com
